As bad as it seems to suck for you, you are now at the point to where you gotta act like you don't give a shit. 1 of 2 things will happen:
1: she'll be like "oops, he has options, gotta reign him back in". That's a win for you
2: enough time will pass to where you won't be acting anymore. You really won't give a shit. At that point it's a win/win for both of you because she wasn't worth it and you can both live happily ever after.

The moment you lose self control and start the whole "please don't distance yourself, I love you" and start pampering her for affection as a reward, that's the moment you become a degenerate simp and she will walk all over you like the little bitch you became. You have lost the game.
The flowers and cooking and all that fluff is stuff that you should be sparingly gifting her with before it gets to this point anyway. Reward her when everything is good.
