i think i could set them up in gmail if i desired. i know aim and icq already work together and that gmail takes aim.

i wonder why so many people need so many messangers?
i may understand if you run a program or are representing one and you need to be contacted by people often and quickly. of course you would just be making it easier on them to have gtalk, aim, icq, msn, yahoo, and whatever else active.

fuck it just rambling because i do not get it.

then you can just use aim for both, or icq for both. your choice, but i find that aim is more stable. it also updates less and is less likely to fuck with your system over icq.

I have purchased Trillian Pro, but I'm no longer using it due to some technical problems.
I use the open source IM pidgin now. Don't like that the software does not save past conversations, though.

Yes it does, I have conversations from almost a year ago that are in my Pidgin Logs, not to mention my most recent IM session is saved for reference in the next one.
