There are like 3 or 4 of the top companies in the industry with Mechbunny being one of them. You need to respect your elders/veterans of the industry a bit more. Now how you do that in this situation is simple -
if there is ever a problem and you must for some reason in the future have to do this again merely say,
"is there someone from Mechbunny who can please contact me as the form on your site doesn't seem to be working for me as I went to purchase the toplist script Friday and I haven't received a reply".
That would show class - respect to everyone not just for Mechbunny but for yourself. No need to call anyone names
