It would depend on the site, the source for the income, how long it's maintained that said income.

So if the site is old, but has been neglected and the income is far from what it used to be , then what ? You cant pay for past glories

It's really hard to gauge - the 6 month rule IMHO is foolish and benefits only shitty low-end freesites more than established, well earning sites.

yes, there is room for growth, but not a great deal.

and I am sure, as simple as it may look, revamping it will take both time and money
