First off I'd like to say hello to the entire board, its been a while since my last post, hope everyone is doing well.
Anyway, let me just say first that I think I told you guys that you would definitely hear more from this 3 ring circus about a year ago didn't I? LOL Well this latest chapter has got to by the funniest of all. For Mr. Koenig to accuse anyone of embezzlement of funds from the company is simply ludicrous! Those of us that worked for that scumbag all know, there is no way on this earth that anyone could ever get one single dime from that company without Francis knowing about it. Furthermore, no one could even spend a dime on so much as a fucking pencil without his consent. It is that reason, and that reason alone that the failed attempts at a production company, websites or any traffic buying constantly plague the company. Not only did Mike Weiss try numerous times, unsuccessfully, to plead to Francis for him to spend money on traffic or website building, but also offered to raise money himself to do so for the good of the company. Francis repeatedly refused to allow Mike to run iPorn the way it should have been run because Francis and only Francis had to be in control of every dollar and how it was spent. We that worked there know that most of that money was spent furnishing his home with lavish art, flat screen tvs, expensive wines, trips to wine vineyards, trips to his ex-girlfriends family home out of the country, hookers, strippers(a personal friend of mine in Vegas is a GM at one of the clubs where Francis spent $16000 in 5hrs at the club). Not to mention his $130000 dollar BMW, his ex-wife's monthly "salary", more hookers in Germany, trips for him and his buddies to Vegas on weekends, and on, and on. How the hell was Mike Weiss, or anybody for that matter gonna get a site up and working when he could never get Francis to spend the money necessary to do it right?
In regards to the investor who filed the lawsuit against Francis, I know him personally and the lawsuit is not dropped! It is ongoing due to more investigation into Mr. Koenigs practices. Furthermore, he did not open up his books in full. That is the only reason he is not yet in jail. However, that will all come to a conclusion very soon since Mr. Koenig will be required to prove his company is indeed legit just because he was so greedy that he challenged a former employees unemployment benefits claim. Well, the state now wants answers and to prove that his claim that the employee did not qualify for it Mr. Koenig will indeed have to open up the books completely to do so.
