After his termination, Mike Weiss sent iPorn a letter threatening that if iPorn if it didn?t pay him $30,000.00, he will take further actions that iPorn would regret. He couched his demand for payment as unpaid salary and sick-leave and vacation time despite the fact that he was an independent contractor. When challenged to provide written document supporting his vacuous claim; and an explanation for the embezzlement, he instead posted the ?iPorn Scam Revealed? fabrications. The company has employed an accountant to investigate both his and his wife?s conduct (insofar as his wife mishandled the corporate accounting during her tenure). Presently, Mike Weiss is ducking service of a lawsuit for coversion of property and fraud. We suspect that his GFY posting is his attempt to resuscitate his credibility in the community and posture for his next gig. Don?t be fooled by this crook!

He duped us into believing he would have a site up and running in a few months if he brought in ?his? team to build it. Because of his experience at Morpheus, we believed him and thought he might be able to come through with his ?revolutionary idea.? He claimed to be a tech guru, but the truth is he?s a total fuck up. Weiss literally missed every single launch deadline ? even the ones he set for himself. He cost the company a fortune. Don?t make the same mistake!
In anticipation of Weiss?s so-called promised delivery date(s), the team planned a big marketing launch -- several times. Advertising and promotional material were purchased; tradeshow sponsorships were purchased; parties were scheduled; models were hired; and then FLOP. Each broken promise by Weiss meant another bundle of money burned!
When Weiss was first brought on in April 2008, he promised a basic version of the iPorn site would be up by LA Erotica, 2008 and claimed that a complete site could be up before XBiz Summer, 2008. He missed both of the first two deadlines and went on to set a new goal of having a tube site up by Internext Summer. And guess what? Yup, he missed that deadline as well. He plead for more time saying that iPorn would be up and running by the time we got to Venus Berlin. After a while I realized he was just telling me what I wanted to hear in order to keep his job; but the team actually believed he would deliver and convinced me multiple times to give him another chance to get it done. I trusted him again and of course it still didn?t happen. I wasn?t the only one he convinced to give him more chances. Meanwhile, the company continued to dole out payroll expenses every month for a staff of around ten people. It wasn?t until after AEE Las Vegas, 2009 that Weiss finally managed to roll out a very simplistic working version of a tube site.

I feel like if I would have simply talked to the press to clear things up it would have been much easier than what I had to go through.
