    Very proud of my dad :) - Part 2

    Well -- my dad just phoned me, and he has finished the Appalachian Trial

    He has walked 2,175 miles (3,500 km) since starting on March 27th, and called me from the summit of Mount Katahdin in Maine. As a bonus, it is his birthday today -- he is 65!!!

    Looking forward to seeing him on Friday. The worst part of the journey is still ahead of him; The Greyhound from Bangor, Maine to Toronto
