I will always offer to email you from the domain's whois email and I always expect the same from the people I do business with. I have never bought a domain without making them do that first.

Exactly... I get hit up on icq or sent emails from gmail accounts asking for changes to their accounts. If they don't email me from the email addy they signed up with, I won't honor their requests.

He is using multiple ICQ numbers, or else we have multiple people doing it. I suspect one person with a different ICQ for each person he is saying he is.

It is EASY to send email with a fake email address.

If you're unsure, send email to the listed email address on a whois lookup.
