Muscle cars are money pits, you kinda gotta know that going in. But the practicality aside, do any of you guys have project cars?
I've got a 67 Skylark GS. I've had her for almost 10 years now. 5 years ago I bought my house. Since owning my home, whenever I'm trying decide where to put my cash, house or car, home usually wins.
One good thing though is in the downtime I've taken my time searching out parts, and have about 2k in NOS and graveyard robbed parts waiting to go in, but now that I've got it I just never have time. There's always something else that needs to be done with business, around the house, etc.
It's not that I've lost the love, it's just that it's really taken a back seat. Kinda sad.
So what about you? Anyone here working on a car? What do you give up in your life to make it happen?

I have cars in my blood. Worked on them since I was old enough to walk pretty much. lol
I am in the process of researching how to make mine hook on a true street style drag radial and stock-style suspension. I'll probably go the easy way though and put a 275/50/15 M/T ET street on it though.
