Jago when you will fix the white label?
The title isn't the one I used before, webcams.com branding is everywhere...
When I moved to you from NeonDollars I was hopping that everything is gonna be alright, but since you did some things on the WLs now, the title is the same as all cobrands, and the thing is I've lost my rankings totally.....
If you check how much I've been making while it all was 'quite good' and after that day when you changed all, you will see a big drop in daily earnings....
I hope, this gonna be fixed fast, and I hope it's already being fixed!

Customer support seems terrible with these guys,it don't breed confidence with them,customer support is everything in this business,obviously they don't want the business.......time to take 250K UV a day somewhere else who will respond to emails.Comment

this is not related to the email I sent you Jago....
one issue I would like to see resolved on the white label is this:
When a consumer signs up, he is seeing the "custom" logo, example: "Joe's Web Cams" but, after he signs up, the page says "Web Cams.com" It makes the consumer feel they were tricked into buying another web cam site, and not "Joe's Web Cams."
Couldn't the white label easily be added to the site page as well? maybe some code installed in the join link, or something?

I've been using the ticket system on the webcams.com site to submit white label bugs, and have been getting a pretty quick reply each time. The custom meta tags are still broke, im kinda anxious on that one also. They were working at first, but then they made some changes and broke the analytics and the meta tags. Analytics is fixed, but not the custom titles and descriptions

If they continue to improve this whitelabel, they will continue to be successful! I've already made 4 sales with my whitelabel.
As long as everything brand wise is changed to the whitelabel's site name, I could see this really take off.

It's been good, I've been getting some sales and honestly more than other cam sites and I'm talking 1:800 vs 1:5,000 + with others. I don't work with webcams nor am i going to spam my referral. Just noticed good things.Comment

To address the issue about Webcams.com appearing in the members' area, in our opinion, there is no way around this because:
We are paying you PPS for your sales and have no control over your domain name. If the customer is joining 'your' domain instead of ours, you could easily point the domain away from us and we lose the customer, even though we have already paid you PPS for your sales.
We would be happy to work out a revshare only based solution where you can have complete branding within the members' area as well.
As far as responses go, our affiliate support is based in Romania. We have a ticketing system for answering requests and we make sure we always answer these within 24 hours.
