    WTF is going on with CCBILL?

    I am due some money on my affiliate account and every rep I talk to, has a different story about why the money is not being sent.
    First guy tells me the money will be sent on September 5th, then the same guy, a week later, tells me that account has to have a new sale (last sale was about 1.5 months ago), then another guy today tells me it is because my wire account needs to be checked (it was verified on August 15th).... finally another guy tells me they have to sent this to Accounting.

    I can't believe how low CCBill has fallen, all these Russian or whatever they are, have no idea what they're doing. And it's literally impossible to talk to a knowledgeable person anymore. Agh!

          The last time I hooked up ccbill for someone, the admin panel was full of broken images, lots of stuff seemed to not work correctly. The panel looks and works the same as it did when I started in adult almost 20 years ago. Every attempt to contact their support I end up speaking to someone that seems to know less about how their system works then I do.

          I get a vibe that they've given up on new customers and are just letting it fizzle out on it's own.

              i had some really long install times in 2021 - one was 3 months. they said they moved their entire operation to eastern europe (Croatia?). i did a few installs over the summer that were approved overnight.

              so i dunno lol. i think they might be too big to fail. way too many people living off those weekly checks.

                                                  Sepa is working in nearly all european countries, checks is terrible to handle for us europeans. cashing in a check might cost 60 $ on some banks here and it takes sometimes 2-3 weeks until its cleared

                                                                      if you have a payout problem, go talk to their boss - THE SITE OWNER.

                                                                      no site owner is going to fuck around with not paying affiliates. a couple of my ex-bosses can tell you about that tactic (yes Matt's Models you little bitch i'm talking to you).



                                                                      anyways, hit up the site owner if CCBill owes you. if they don't respond, you know to send your traffic to someone who's still alive.

                                                                          THIS. As a site/Program owner if any affiliate has a problem getting paid contact ME and I will ride CCBill's ass.

                                                                          Having said that, very few of my CCBill affiliates have ever had issues getting paid. Perhaps if they move and their address needs to be updated, etc. But overall CCBill is a fine company (tho I admit talking to Croatian Support is a bit challenging).

                                                                                          It's always bothered me that CCBill won't generate a report of which affiliates have not been paid and what they are owed. Of course, the thing where some affiliates ask that some of their contact info not be shared with program owners is a pain point as well for solving this sort of thing.

                                                                                          Tip for program owners - CCBill will generate a mailing list of your affiliates and you can also mail (with less deliverability) from the admin and you can just check in with your affiliates if they need anything.

So from what I gather, Ccbill gets the sales for the most part in US. Converts to Euros then back to US to pay us out. That means we lose on the exchange

Search out his direct contact information. He is in the Cave Creek, Tempe Arizona area. He also owns/owned Phoenix NAP. When support is useless, write the founder directly.                                                                                                                                       Besides ACH they mail checks.. As far as I know it is not even possible in my coun try (Hungary, EU) to cash checks..
