I have all that but I have so many different email addresses, I just have everything forward to my gmail account. Was working great for me till just now. :-)

Oh well. I'm sure it'll be back shortly.

This is where they lose confidence from people when they talk about running all of your apps on their servers.

i use it for personal email, but i know a lot of companies that rely on it. stupid IMO.

There was a major hiccup on the web with certain providers just a short while ago...

It wasn't only Gmail.

Do any of you guys who say that know, Google has by far the best uptime ever in the history of the internet? If you can find a web host who is that fucking awesome to host my email at, and is free, maybe I'll switch. Probably not.

You can also host your domain based emails and catch-alls at google apps with some simple ns entries.

Yes, 5 to 10 hours of downtime a year is HORRIBLE.

I used to work for a Fortune 500 that had email problems daily.
