Here is what they wrote:

The site ?xites.com? was brought to my attention last week by a concerned webmaster. Upon checking this site, it appears that by using this program, it will begin a session on the surfer?s browser that could place a banner at the top of every subsequent page that the surfer goes to after the session begins. It can also change links on the followed pages as well as referral codes. ARS WILL NOT accept traffic / signups that are generated using this program / method and/or by altering in any way the html code of other websites without the owner of that site?s cooperation. If you do this, your account(s) will be terminated.

Please review the terms of service, as they have been changed to incorporate the above restrictions.

One of my programmers also mentioned that this program has the ability to strip out referrer codes, something I am sure they didn't really want brought up. I guess it is truly a use it at your own risk...

I heard it can strip ref codes and replace them with your own.

Yeah and I bet it can strip out your codes and replace them with Timon's at some point too, personally I wouldn't take a bet on how long that will take to happen... probably not enough you would even notice it either...

On the verge of releasing hosted galleries and bannerless freehosting for our webmasters, we've also decided to stop accepting traffic from this as well and are working to getting blocking setup.

As much as I admire Timon for making us all a ton of money by basically inventing and perfecting the exit console, I just feel that this will cause more problems than it will solve. While our webmaster base is much smaller than the big players, they are very dedicated and we don't want to do anything that would cause them any concern.

Any Porn Profit advertisers who are using Xites or any similar program will have their accounts terminated and they will not be paid. This should be reflected in our terms shortly. We will be dealing with this on the server level as well.

As most reputable affiliate programs would do, TopBucks also will be banning the use of the Xites or similar programs from our webmasters. We will be taking measures, as well, to block this type of traffic.

This policy is now reflected in the terms of all our companies: TopBucks.com, OneVerify.com, and TopCash.com.

Banned on ManicCash.com too... uploading the new site with the updated terms over the next hour.

I will also post a script on our affiliate site shortly that uses a combination of javascript, php and an apache rewrite rule to 'break' out of the xites.com proxy. I'll post here once I get it packaged up. It's simple, but works fine.

Tossed up a quick "blocking xites.com" tutorial if anyone needs it... it's simple, but it works.

I'm not a mod_rewrite wizard, but if anyone here is and can tell me how to exempt the processing of a rewrite rule for a single URI, please E-mail or ICQ me so I can update the tutorial.

Normally I would agree because I think cheaters should get a dose of their own medicine. But this is such a new thing I actually put it on our login news for SIC, I want there to be no misunderstanding as to the fact that there will be no second chances if someone is using it.
