Business How to price a site to sell

I have a non-adult niche discussion site [forum like GFY] that has been operational for six years. We have 133 members and I am considering selling. The site has NO advertisements.

How would I figure out pricing? I just thought of a random number $1500 and posted this to a similar niche site [discussion forum] and have had an overwhelming response. I am wondering if my price is too low. How would I determine pricing?

Interested in domain too. But aside from that most important is I guess the traffic that you are generating what determines what I'd be willing to pay for it.

mainstream > usually = 10 or 12 month income.. though this is the formula for larger sites

x industry > usually (what I have seen) = around 24 month income

if your website makes $1,000 per month, a good range for its value would be $24,000 to $36,000.

Non adult with 133 members in 2022, not sure you will find many buyers.

If you get $50, then your lucky.

It really depends on several factors like monetization, brand, domains SEO stats etc. But main price factor is monetization - how much cash can your site bring by. You might wanna work on that to increase overall price.
