    Looking For Horrible 90's Wordpress Developer

    Looking for someone to tweak an existing theme into submission for a blog. Lings Cars or something similar is the visual reference for the site.

    Don't want something new looking or modern looking (the theme should work on mobile and desktop) If this sounds like you please ping me. Love to not hand hold on this so please take a look at the link and if its not in your wheel house don't reply.
