Cause all I can say is based on my personal experience while Fabian was at the helm.

I knew the people before him (Sammy etc), they were a lot more "flexible" than Fabian.

And when Fabian was gone, a certain someone from this industry made sure we were removed from shooting for Mindgeek. (maybe I will be writing memoirs one day...)

And I have no idea what happened after that.
