Mandalay Bay by far. The hard rock is one giant toilet
The Mandalay Bay has a "Bare section" that is separate from the big pool
I have to correct myself on locations.
I meant to say The Mirage is a top notch establishment and the pool is by far the best I have ever visited.
They also have the Bare section, Mandalay bay doesn't.
Check out the link, it has some cool images of the pool area and the bare section.
Mentioned by others already but Mandalays pool is great. They were also extremely strict on letting people into the pool area. A few years back you had to have a valid room key, which they tested before letting you in.
i dont think that was on fremont st, but you were there recently so u know. the fish/shark tank houses a underwater waterslide tube btw
Yep that's the Gold Nugget on Fremont. I went down that slide a few times.
Fremont St. is the coolest place to go.
WAY better than the strip. At Fremont St. they have it covered and the street is blocked off. At night they have bands playing everywhere and you can just walk from casino to casino drinking (they have beer and liquor stands set up everywhere).
Live bands, DJ clubs, and the Glitter Gulch strip club are all right there within a couple of blocks.
It's got a very cool "old school" Vegas feel (because a lot of those casinos have been here for decades)
Now that I live here in Vegas, all I can think is if I only knew about Fremont I would have stayed there rather than the overpriced hotels on the strip.
And there is a $8 buffet at the old Sam Boyds Casino on Fremont that you just can't beat for value in Vegas.
At night the place is jumping . Music pumping everywhere and lots of hot women.
Mirage and Mandaly bay have GREAT pools. Not sure if they're the best, but Mandalay's is nice. I'm not a fan of the Hard Rock Hotel's pool at all. Too shallow, too small, too crowded. The pool at the Flamingo is not bad, but not great either. Nice location but crowded.
