Why do affiliate programs have affiliate URL links that then redirect to other URL's?
For example.
https://join.puba.com/track/emmasexy....9.9.0.0.0.0.0
Then redirects to
https://www.puba.com/index1.php?nats....9.9.0.0.0.0.0
Does either link do the same thing?
Do both add cookies to the visitor?
