Yes, business's do get into trouble, it's part of the risk when starting your own business. BUT, when your business model is based on an affiliate system, one where the affiliates do any amount of work, and are paid if they generate revenue, and you take the money you are supposed to pay them and then take it and spend in on your legal battles, that is improper business. That's the bottom line here, not who is owed what, not who was looking for banner work, sig spots or anything else.
It's quite simple. Netpond has an affiliate program, a lot of people were loyal and sent them traffic and joins. The money the affiliates made is there money and not netponds. When Aga and Meat decided to not pay affiliates and roll the dice in court with someone other then their own money they crossed the line, you seem to fail to understand this.

I have no love of netpond, but I can tell you this, the gloating that I and many others have seen here by a few failed affiliate reps and the odd failed designer (trying to get work by taking her clothes off, how sad is that), reflects a lot more of those failed reps and designers than it ever did of netpond.
