My ex-girlfriend dumped my ass for a model and I went ape-shit! It was right before the Internext show in Florida and I basically stopped eating for 2 weeks. Then I actually went to a personal trainer and starting eating right and working out almost every day. Also do some running, like 4 miles 4-5 times a week.

Let me tell you, getting dumped by a hot chick will fuck you up! There is no doubt in my mind why she left me....damn I was looking like an oompa brother
