    Tribune Co. has signed a deal to sell a 95 percent interest in the Chicago Cubs to the Ricketts family for $845 million. The deal includes Wrigley Field and Tribune's interest in Comcast SportsNet.

          It also includes Wrigley Field not just the ball team. Also this is the Cubs who have a HUGE national fanbase and is a team that's been around for over 125 years.

            They filed for bankruptcy to get the deal to go through quicker. This has been a two year ongoing battle to try to get the sale done. The Cubs don't lose money but other parts of Tribune CO. sure do.
