    Hey Adult Gurus, Can You Help A Brother Out?

    I run a fetish and softcore network part time, which currently consists of the following 6 sites...

    I am looking for some basic advice on how to increase my signups a bit.

    Nothing radical... maybe a few tweaks that could add an extra join or two a day.

    Any constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated!

              Well don't take this the wrong way because im not 100% right or I would be living good lol but, your porn looks so vanilla (boring,plain,etc ) the sites well they all look the same again very vanilla! *shrugs* Good luck.

                      Well, it's not hardcore stuff, so I guess some call it boring - that's fair.

                      The sites DO cater to specific niches however, and as I film everything myself, the content is 100% exclusive.

                      If you like boobs there is Boobie Movies, for butt lovers there is Bootie Movies, etc. If you are looking for hardcore, then my stuff is probably not for you.

                      The designs are basic, as I do that part myself as well, but the members I have seem to like the clean layouts, and easy navigation. I agree that the designs could be flashier, but sometimes a great looking cover still leads to a crappy book.

                      My content is solid within itself, and the sites deliver what they promise, provided that is what you are looking for of course.

                          The tours look "old" and don't compliment the content well - the thumbnails are too small and the white outer glow is just . There are no dates on the page, not even a copyright year. The surfer has no idea if the site (and members area) was updated yesterday or 10 years ago.
                          History will be kind to me for I intend to write it.

                              imo, the landing pages are a bit "boring" regardless of the content. turn them into teaser pages, get the visitor to click 2 or 3 times into the site and your chance for converting them will be a lot higher
