I don't see it happening to be honest. The two countries seem to hate each other passionately, but attacking Poland is attacking NATO. If NATO countries don't respond and leave us to fend for ourselves, then NATO is done as a whole because all countries will know it cannot be counted on. There are NATO planes flying over us all the time now including near Gdansk monitoring everything.

As for Kaliningrad itself, i'm of course no military strategy expert or anything so I'm maybe wrong but it's far from Russia, so it seems like it would be probably pretty easy to cut off supply lines to it. It's also quite small and surrounded from all sides by Poland and Lithuania. I doubt it would be much problem to pacify Kalinigrad in itself besides the fact that if that conflict were to actually occur it is basically WW3. Besides that, it seems like Russia is having problems getting fuel etc to their tanks in near Kiev let alone another 800km further west to Warsaw...
