And what if that hadnt been film? You know in court the cop can say you attacked him or whatever else... Court are worthless half of the time in those situations and everyone knows the judge will always favor the cops... Politicians and cops are working for the citizens, its quite backward to claim that its "their way" and nothing can be done about it...

At first I thought that police officer was trying to fuck him in the ass!, because his pants were down and you could see his ass. This will be handeled by the IA, I did not see what he did wrong.

Does it take six other cops to stomp a man when he is in handcuffs?, apparently so. This was brought up a week ago, some cops should not be cops, if they can't control their emotions. Please no sob stories, they are trained to control them, what you are seeing is them escaliting the situations even more.

There is a history of cops abusing their power, hell down south half of them belonged to the Klan up to 40 years ago. Unfortunatly we are living in a culture that has no respect for authority for anybody.

It's easy to say just say yes sir no sir, but as you see on these tapes, what the cops attitudes were. How many people are sitting in jail or prision now because a cop lied?.
Until you have been in a sitution with a cop and it was not your fault like this, you tell me how you would feel?.

The only way something can be done about officers that are out of line is via the courts because in a personal confrontation one cannot...I repeat cannot...win. Of course most...if not all...will "testalie" and often the plaintiff will too...but a court is the only place that one can win against an officer. In a personal confrontation...if one does not comply one is playing the officers game and one will be forced to suffer whatever consequences the officer/officers decide to force upon you...up to and including taking your life.

True, half the scumbags DO get what they deserve.. We're talking about the other half here.

A vast VAST majority of cops are excellent at what they do and they do their job correctly. Unfortunately, there are also people who became cops for the wrong reason and should not be in that line of work. They are the ones who give cops a bad name.
