Sure have, many times. Best suggestion of all: Make sure one of them doesn't get bored. And if they're not bi then one of them will probably get bored. ;)
Honestly, if it was for business reasons or any reason really, I wouldn't talk anyone into being filmed. Could cause problems later on. If they want to do it, then rock on, whip out the cameras and tripods for great multi-angle shots!
