did try caviar once, eons ago, not sure what type tbh. recall it wasn't an unpleasant flavor but the texture felt weird in my mouth
think my fav thing to come out of the sea back when I experimented with animal eating was conch (god I miss conch ceviche, but no season anyway as warming oceans are inhibiting egg production) and also uni. damn that was good too, loved the creamy texture
your pics are interesting, everything Russian always seems so lavish. it's neat, and pretty. I'm def too scrub for it
