It's obvious that I would have made a White Label site, but I'm doing something a little different.

Instead of a bunch of embed videos, I opted to add the link to each .mp4 video one by one. Thus, when clicking on the video, the user will not be redirected to the link's origin site. This makes the user experience more pleasant. Try my site without adblock!

As for videos without a watermark. I don't really have "copyrights". But they are "public" as they are distributed on a large scale through Telegram and Whatsapp. Even so, I can't use them here in Brazil, obviously.

even if in the 'public domain', that's what the issue is. for example, in the US webmasters the rules for 2257 (proof of age/consent) are really strict. REALLY strict. a site could risk getting their processing shut down for getting traffic from a non-2257 site. the updated/stricter recent rules weren't even government rules, it was the card companies

also, why can't you use them in Brazil? isn't porn legal there?

All tubes using user content from a site owner have links to the site? and this is not original, many tubes are redirected to other sites
