Well that's the problem - I don't think anyone has taken them over for a few reasons - the main one which is why I am attempting to contact is that none of the site even have analytics on them much less SEO work which I was happy to reach out and help no cost- an secondly - if it did belong to a program surely they would have a webmaster program or webmaster link below which they don't.
Twitter is still active an doesn't mention any acquisition or companies owning the sites so my feeling is that all the sites were made without realizing they could be easily hacked much less poorly seo'd. SEGPays is the only processor shown.Comment
