Unless you're buying thousands of names the cheapest ones aren't necessarily the best. Some have insane renewals and/or charges for transferring out (which I think you can refuse to pay, per ICANN policies, but they can still ask anyway knowing most people will just pay it).
Avoid 1&1 like the plague. I think they may have rebranded as IONOS now. In fact I would advise against using any EU/UK registrar, they're the ones I've noticed in the past have the scammiest policies and practices.
Aside from NS and NC there's probably really only Porkbun or Dynadot. I'm not much of a fan of the latter, and they don't do crypto payments, but they seem to be well regarded by other people.__________________Comment

I am currently on name com but it seems they raised their prices considerably , even with discount, so mostly like i will move most of domains to namesilo except the most of important one because they give free commercial grade SSL so there is still some use.Comment

Have a few domains with name.com but renewals are very expensive there so I slowly move those domains elsewhere.

It can be. I have been using what are often the "cheapest" registrars for years with not many issues at all.. namesilo, porkbun, sav.com, recently... and godaddy in years prior but not any more (narrow grace period and not cheap anymore) and some just have crap support.. internet.bs
My main concerns are if I need to register a "weird" TLD and opt for an unknown registrar or black swan type events.. RegisterFly for example (everything was sorted) or Epik security concerns as of late (all names accounted for and passwords changed)... they are/were "cheapest" registarars but could happen anywhere..
Main takeaways: do some due diligence and make sure there is a no hassle transfer out, when you no longer have access to unlock and the auth code, understand how long their grace period, and when the domain is put on auction (most cheap registars will auction your name either during or just after grace period is over)
