    Shit, of course you do!

    I'm eating pizza with TheDoc tonight at the pizza joint up by the University of Arizona ... we live in Tucson. So we are eating and this large guy standing up at the table behind us pulls out his phone to show his friends something.                                                                                                       I've thought about that as well, then I think back to the Yappo days. Every VOD company was giving away free minute cards, we gave 30 free minutes. No catch, no rebill, nothing.

                                                                                                      2% redeemed the free minutes, not bad when the average "coupon" redemption is .5%. However, retention on them were horrible. So in the end it wasn't worth the print cost, bandwidth, customer service, etc.
