I never done something like this before and maybe veterans can share some infos or lessons they lerned.

How should I start?
What do u wish u know before you started a website like this?
Are there any important things I need?

Focus on ONE niche. Don't start a "salad bar" site. If you're serious, pay up for exclusive content. Make sure you cascade CCBill / Epoch until you can have your own merchant account. Get ready for a bumpy road if you proceed.

You ask for help from paysite owners with your first sentence about licensing content, and when a (27) paysite owner replies, giving a suggestion for licensed content you tell them don't do that and say they're spamming.

Sry, had so many threads that get spammed by services here. If it just was a hint where to buy content from someone whos not involved there, then I understand. But for finding services I'm old enough to find them by myself in this forum - so no need to share them all here again and go too offtopic.

Yeah, I get what you mean. Some people will just spam anything to any thread without even reading it. Just seemed funny because their sig specifically mentions 27 sites, so clearly a paysite owner, and they did seem to be answering something you specifically mentioned. If it's just a site of theirs though, that's not really helpful.

Hope there are some good answers and advice from people with experience, other than "don't", or "go back in time 20 years". It's something that has crossed my mind a few times in years gone by but has always seemed like a lot of hassle, expense and risk compared to just promoting existing sites. I'll never do it, but I admire people who do, and the more 'independent' sites the better, so if you do try I hope you succeed and set up a good affiliate program.

I do, but it's not nice to read for others who interested in this topic when 9 from 10 replies are "GO TO MY WEBSITE AND BUY MY STUFF".

If you do NOT make original new content and just recycle old shit available around here, then do not bother, you will not make money and would have wasted the money you've spent.

Yeah, this is good advice. You need not only exclusive good niche content, but you also need an "angle". Just hitting a "niche" might not cut it.

If you only have a 5-10k you won't be able to do it. You're going to need money to do this but don't be discouraged. You can do it and it doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg. Be creative. And I wouldn't go to these run-of-the-mill producers that make all the content because it will be cookie cutter bs. Remember you need an angle/look that's going to set your content apart.

How much money do you have to invest in this? And where are you located?

I agree the niche must be targeted and well produced, what you obviously did right to boot was marketing to get 6 figs/month, NOT my cup of tea, since I barely do low five
