get screencaps - i'm not sure what the consumer laws are in each state but who knows, it wouldn't surprise me if there's a law somewhere that if a retailer advertises an item for $9.99, even if it's a mistake, they have to honor it.

I called their customer service, within a min or two it kicks you to a pre-recorded message that they had a pricing error on a "52 inch Samsung LCD Television" and they make it a point to say they will not be honoring any of these transactions.

First, I'm going to ask them if they honor their online pricing if they have the product in stock. Then I'll find out if they have it in stock.
