Well, try this.

Give them food, and treats.

Then watch for gifts.

Crows are incredibly smart, smarter than most on this board... if you give gifts they will reciprocate ( you'll want to watch for foil, or metals, pop tabs, etc or other 'humanly' items suddenly appearing, they'll attempt to leave them for you in return. )

Three days ago I'm in my 6th floor office sitting at the desk and a bird of some sort crashed in to the window. The windows are 5' X 3' and they do not open.

Maybe they are seeking refuge. Help them. Last year a family of "Kites", think falcons/eagles moved into our neighborhood. Crows and pigeons disappeared. They are on the menu for kites/falcons/eagles.

Animals go where food is and you must have something in or around your house that they like or maybe even dislike. Crows are quite intelligent compared to other birds. Do you also have an owl hanging around? They hate each other.

Just pick up a rock or a stick and they'll all split pronto.
