And you can't make google update it's PR any faster than it does so the only way you are getting sites to show PR is by spoofing/faking PR from another website.
However If anyone is interested I turn any site into a valid PR3 and it all above board. All you have to do is give me your domain name and using the powers of the internet I will move the letters around (and change some of them) and send it back with PR :O
