tho - I wouldn't buy a house there or plan on making the move permanent. Unless things change pretty radically, Vegas is going to run out of water completely in the next couple of years. I know everyone thinks that its just not possible that the politicians won't come up with a solution, and that it is so unthinkable that it will never happen. But it will. And when it does, Vegas will return to the desert from which it came.
