Hi.

Fred again.

Just wrote an email about my thoughts about txxx, xvideos and pornhub network.

Also want people to know what company that put my content online without having any tube license.

I worked as a producer for many years.Back in 2011 - 2014 I licensed content to different paysites.
One of the sites that published my licensed scenes everywhere is twistys that is owned by mindgeek.

I wrote to twistys several times and also included the tube sites.

Have all emails if somebody want to see them.

In the emails I asked twistys to take down my videos or pay me 50 usd / video for the tube license...but they didn't even reply. Very frustating.

I hope everyone will stop to promote twistys.com or you continue to help thieves.

Any suggestions what to do so I can get paid for my content from them ?

you must be new and had no clue what you were getting into when you started producing content.

all of this was happening in 2011 as well, its not new.

the only people paying out reparations in porn is the courts. get a lawyer if you want your $50.

I have been in the biz for many years...so I know how everything works.
Shot exclusive for twistys from 2006 - 2014. Never had any issues when Shap was the owner.
Still shooting...but have no interest to shoot for twistys.
When you add 50 usd x hundreds of scenes it adds up to money...speciallly when we talk about several companies.

If you shot exclusive for them, wouldn't the license have been a work for hire one? If so, I believe they own all rights and are just doing what they wish with their own intellectual property.

Did you have some special agreement or is their tube usage just not something you thought about when shooting?

It says very clearly that twistys published my licensed videos on the tubes without having a tube license.
It is so low from a big company like twistys / mindgeek to not even reply to me with an answer.

Was the nonexclusive work licensed before or after the site changed ownership? Are you able to reach out to your same point of contact?

It happened after Shap sold to mindgeek.
Never had any issues with Shap. Very correct guy.
My problem is with mindgeek that is the new owners.

I have been helping Fred with some other companies and he's right: non-exclusive license agreements usually say that the full length content has to be behind a paywall.

And unless it says otherwise - or has been agreed upon through an extra charge - one cannot put that content in full length on a free tube.

I do not know the specific license agreement between Fred and Twistys though.
