Restless leg syndrome? Anyone else deal with this shit?

When I'm in bed It feels like my legs are going to cramp up if I don't move them or flex them every 10 seconds.

Anyone else have to deal with this shit?

I do. not every night, but it happens often. Of course, I blame it on my leg disability so it may be different for you.

      Yes.

It is caused, or can be in my case, by taking your pills too close to bedtime. Including allergy, stomach among other pills. Especially all at once, or on an empty stomach.

Take it earlier in the day. Problem solved (for me).

I don't get it every night either, but it's once a week for about 3 hours

I occasionally take allergy pills, but not tonight. It's bad tonight.

I dont take mediciation, or any type of pills and I do get it often, mostly when I am tired and haven't slept a good amount.

Many things cost restless legs and I would suggest going to the doctors to see why you are specifically getting it. Restless legs is often symptoms of heart disease, diabetes and several other diseases / sickness.

I don't take any pills at all so that's not the cause for me. The only time I take anything is when I have a huge headache. Fot that I take tylenol 3, but it's not usually before bed. Other than that I don't take any other type of meds.

                  Smoke a bowl!

If I get restless legs while trying to get to sleep, I just rotate my head to the bottom of the bed. They say that your body senses that because of the magnetic pull of the north pole or some shit. Don't know if that's true, but it seems to work.

Restless legs can also be all in your head. If you think about it, it WILL get worse. In fact, now my legs are jumpy. THANKS!

Restless legs are a bitch and can drive you insane if you let them. I feel your pain.

I have dat shit....... sayin "its a pain in the ass" is an understatement....but to top it all off I also have really sweaty hands and because of the moisture they get fucking cold.. even during summer time......

On the plus side.....I can lubricate a dusty pussy with my sweaty hands....they'd be cold and wet tho .....lol

I read if you put a bar of soap under each foot it helps.

LOL. My wife and one of her friends both get it, but then she's 7-8 months pregenant and her friend is due to drop any moment.

Not sure how much you can do about it. Might be related to low salt and potassium levels in your body. One thing that does help is having a warm bath before bed time to warm the legs, and then sleeping with hot water bottles or warmed wheat bags on the legs.

Apart from that I'd suggest going to bed blind drunk every night so you pass out and don't notice it...

THIS^ pharaceuticals is one of the biggest industrys in the world. Put a commercials on tv about people legs shaking and moving and everyone freaks out. can you say placebo? Now im not mentioning the real cases, like older people with heart conditions, diabetus lol, and other conditions. just the ones who are always running to the dr because they think something is wrong with them.

RLS has nothing to do with taking pills before going to bed.

Secondary RLS can be brought on by some medications, but not simply just by taking allergy pills before going to bed.

                                    It's a neurological disorder. Genetic.

I don't think I've ever seen a commercial about it.

My wife always complained about me kicking my legs all night then she complained about it when some friends were over. They seemed to know about RLS.
