Before I was a the man, one of the things i was before was a Nursing Home administrator, a boss of over 30 employees.

This fucking bitch fired me or should i say got me fired.. She has since been fired herself, but I will never forget this bitch and the living hell she gave me and all she did making me look bad to the company we both worked for.

Boneprone, you just fucked up, my friend. You've just opened a post that I will dominate. I can go on for hours about Prick Sleaze-arini (aka Rick Lazzarini)

He's an fx shop owner, and is also the biggest asshole in the business. We did all the Bud frog commercials (except the first one) and he also does those foster farms puppet chicken commercials.

He is a FUCKING ASSHOLE!!!! Damn, I hate that guy, (and I really mean that) Last year his shop burnt to the ground. GOOD!! Fuckin' prick! Too bad he wasn't in it!

I got fired from T0ys R Us because I went to visit my grandma over x-mas week instead of working. I TOLD the managers that I would be unable to work and they said "uh huh". When I came back, I was told "you can't not work xmas week and come back and expect to have a job".

However! I would like to mention a few of the customers I used to help while working as a powertool salesperson.

For making me feel like a worthless excuse of a person. I hated how you would act so disgusted toward me if I didnt know how certain tools worked. I used to work for a psycho named

Patricia Joseph at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care in Providence, Rhode Island.

She was the biggest nut bag I have ever seen. She had an MBA and that made her unable to be wrong about anything! I was an EMT/Medical Assistant with 6 years of excellent Air Force service with many service awards and letters and by the time I met her I had 15 years of great patient care and service. Pat tried her best to get rid of me since I made her look like an idiot so many times just be being there to fix the things she screwed up. She thought she was a computer guru too LMFAO and I would be called to fix the locked up computers all the time, many times within minutes of her screwing it up. The doctors hated her and the paper pushing lard asses in administration loved her. The docs hated her cuz she was incompetent in the clinic and constantly in the way. The admin weenies loved her cuz they worked three floors above the clinics and liked her reports ( which were at least half bullshit ) I helped get her fired and then I quit myself a couple months after when HPHC in Providence went out of business!! So..... in closing

I got fired from 3 straight shitty jobs that paid me 6.50 an hour, my managers themselves hardly made more than 10 an hour, and then after getting fired from my third job, I landed an office job that paid me more than 10 an hour, and all I had to do was type all day.

speaking of nursing homes... when i was 15 i worked at one and i worked outside doing yard work. every now and then there would be old ladies rolling out the doors in their wheel chairs and an alarm would go off and the old lady would start screaming "help me! help me!" then next thing you know the nurses came running out and brought them back in. it was very sad to see but at the time i couldnt stop laughing.

The day I got fired, my mission in life was to become a consumer advocate againt nursing homes!! I was gunna fuck them all REAL REAL HARD. Make the already struggling and beaten in the Media Coporations Pay.

The idea was in Giving PEOPLE information and dirt on nursing homes online to help them choose the right facility using the dynamic of fear and guilt to my advantage.

The state does reviews and write ups on EVERY facility every year, and these reviews get down and real dirty.

Every facility gets negative comments and areas of improvement.
If the avarage person were to read the comments on even the BEST of nursing homes it would freak em out.. These things were pretty explicit, and for me easy to exploit.

What the public does not know is that these reviews are public domain. They can get access to them if they desire thorugh the state board. However the system makes it somewhat difficult for the avarage person to obtain them or even know how to access them.

The larger problem is the public doesnt know these things exist. And the nursing homes could never be so glad. In fact im sure there is a reson behind the state not freely flaunting these documents to the public knowledge.

My goal was to make these documents public, and market them with use of the fear factor and exploit it to the fullest. Profit on it at the expense of the coporations.

I had a $70,000 budget to make some distrubing TV commericals locally to test the market, planting fear in people's heads about how bad homes are and can be for loved ones. I had a disturbing commerical in the works, and it was GOOD!! Like those negative ads you see politicians using. In fact it was the same local agency that makes those ads on TV!

It basic message and theme was that it was THEIR (the sons and daughters of the loved one going into a home) responsibility to do thier home work.

Telling them that its as easy as 123 to BUY the latest state survey of any home at my website www.seniorliving.org for 50.00. The diturbing dynamic was headlines, and data sourced from some of the worst homes, creating a paranoia and feeling of guilt to the viewer.

Naturally I could get this data for free, and legally I could sell it to the public for this fee, and for an additional fee I could translate the info (which is hard to understand since it was so technical) into plain english, and give it my own ranking.

Anyhow to make a long story short, I got into porn, the money and lifestyle was too good, and the bitterness died down.. Not to mention the word got out back to my old university professors, and they had a long discouraging talk with me. ASking me as a favor not to do this.

I never did finish the project, and put it all behind me.

However im thinking of doing it all again.

Im bored.

Ok, I'll add mine.

Eloy Trevino. Hired me as a manicurist right out of beauty college. I was damn good -- I paid attention to the clients, blah blah, my technical skills were great -- but he wanted me to be as fast as the Vietnamese women down the street doing nails with dental acrylic (which is fucking illegal and will POISON you, no shit) and do a full set of nails in 45 minutes.

Meanwhile, he was sending me to shitloads of classes given by the distributors of the stuff we used, and they were telling me that an hour & 45 minutes (which is how long it took me) was good. Eloy used to come back by my table and give me the big gay evil eye, make me nervous AND make my clients nervous, and the worst was when he started setting a hair color timer on my table, set for 45 minutes. If I was still working when it buzzed, he'd come back and stand by me and just shake his head and glare at me.

I hated him.

We had "team-building" meetings once a month. One time, he made us all do yoga with this stupid new age chick, right there on the nasty hair-covered salon floor. Another time, we went to some broad's house to look at her fucking roses. Roses! Like I gave a fuck. That time, when I showed up at his house to catch a ride with the rest of the staff, the stylists were all watching a gay porno flick when I walked in. The other women who worked there were flipping out -- I finally asked them, "What, you never saw a dick before? Girl, please."

Stupid salon, stupid boss, stupid job. I will never work for anyone else again if I have anything to do with it...

Its amazing.

It all comes down to the Administrator, and the company that owns it.

Personally if I had to choose, id go with the for profit homes.

Hmmmmm.

and make it a forum for the consumers of families looking for nursing homes.

Mike, if you are seriously looking at homes,
Look in the phone book under "The State Board of Nursing Home Administrators"

Call them and tell them you'd like to get access to their most current "surveys" of particualt nursing homes.

Have the ones of intrest written down so you can tell them what nursing home ya want.

Also, call the State Omnibudsman... Ask the board for their number also.

They are a non profit organization, and they note down a LOT of shit. These guys are an administrators WORST NIGHTMARE!!

We would hate those guys!!!

Also, when you are touring a home, BY LAW if you ask them for a copy or to see thier latest "SURVEY" they have to show you.

Also ask the nursing home for the local omnibudsman's number!!

Watch them cringe!

You should do that while exposing all the bullshit...so people know what questions to ask, and what to look out for. And maybe a section to alternative living for seniors besides nursing homes...if there is any. See, i don't know shit...and I personally would benefit from all the info you mention. Especially all the bullshit that you want to expose. Could learn a lot and make a good decision for our loved one.

Also ask the nursing home for the local omnibudsman's number!!

The bosses who pushed for unrealistic goals and wanted me to work 16 hrs /day , 7 days a week to achieve them didn't bother me as much as a bunch of employees who didn't give a shit about the customer or their job.

a big fat FUCK YOU goes out to Warner Bros. Records for their shady and shitty buisness practices. Being the first african american to run the urban internet promotions they jus had to shit on me because of a punk bizzatch named Debbie!

SHe went and told the head of sales that I was a threat to her job in marketing( which I was because im young,bright,and gifted), she got me fired on bogus emails and even though I was over 10 people in the department she had seniority because she was the sales leader. Since then she has been fired from the company for trying to get another african american fired and there is a multi-million dollar racial lawsuit( which I refuse to be a part of). Under my stay there were 3 major music labels,2 major movie soundtracks and countless other works under my belt....

I bet they would shit their pants if they found out im doing adult shit now...viva la reveloucion!!

I was a foreman on a job I once had. I had a crew of 12. Several of the crew was not worth a shit and the others on the crew had to carry their work load. I did not have the power to hire and fire, so I went to my boss (Jake) who did have the power to hire and fire. I told him that I wanted four men on the crew fired. He refused to do it and told me that it was up to me to see that they did their job. I explained that I had made every effort to do this and they basically just told me to fuck off and I insisted that he fire them. He still refused to do it, so I told him that I did not want to be a foreman and I would go back to being a regular worker. He refused to allow that. A heated argument ensued and he told me that I was fired. I left and went to the owner of the company and explained what had taken place. A week later Jake was fired. The owner called me and asked me if I wanted to come back to work. I had already found a better job so I told him no.

I was fired, but I got my boss fired. Revenege is sweet.

When i used to run a paper route, My 'boss' would always drop off my load of papers at the end of my driveway, and my little skinny ass, would have to carry 5 boundles of papers ALL THE WAY up my driveway and then fold em and put rubber bands around them, then put them in my bag...
