Why not? I know many affiliates that make 7 figures. The vast majority of them make it with over 400 programs (counting ccbill individually). So any one program wouldn't say any of them make 7 figures. But their nifty stats don't lie.

Affiliate is such a broad term (no offense to female affiliates) that it's easy to give the wrong answer here. Do affiliates of PAYSITES make REAL MONEY, as in seven figures? No. Do affiliates of paysites + dick pills + adult games + cams make seven figures? Hell yes.

The real question should be: are there any affiliates LIKE ME, promoting what I am promoting, making real money? If not then maybe I should stop doing what i am doing and start imitating those affiliates who do make real money.
