    Feefighters Matt - BlueAcorn

You do not have enough messages to send you a pm.

I put in a ticket today at blueacorn to ask about the forgiveness process.

This is what my ticket said:

    Hello,

I am preparing my documentation for the forgiveness application process.

According to the SBA website, you (blueacorn) should be providing me a form 3508 (or 3508EZ or 3508S whichever is applicable).

When can I expect to see that?

    Thanks in advance,

I just got a reply that showed me that apparently nobody is actually reading the support requests:

New reply for the ticket #XXXXXXXXXXX

    Thank you for reaching out!

Here is more information about the PPP loan forgiveness program and its restrictions.

We hope this information helps you.

While it was a fairly prompt reply, it in no way answers my question. I got the information I have from the same pages on the SBA site that you gave me a link to.

Please, get back to me with the information I need to complete the process as you promised on your site.

    Thanks in advance

ooops, sorry, I posted it in the main feefighters/ppp thread.

He basically said they are building out some additional infrastructure and will send out an email when it is available.

So, that answered my question at least.

I might go ahead and take care of it without them, just trying to do it the way the SBA says which is to go through the lender.

The forms are available in the sba site and they seem pretty straight forward.
