Advice for a Newbie PLEASE

Hey Everyone,

I have recently aquired a lot of pics that I would like to put online (probably about 5,000 pics). I am a web developer (www.webpagecreation.org) and would like to take a stab at creating an adult web site so anyway I have some questions about this since it is very new to me...

1. How do I know whether I can use these pictures or not? I can tell a lot of them come from web sites that have free thumbnail posts so can I use those?...

2. How do I make money from this? Are there any free services where they already offer the billing / server space? I don't really want to open my own merchant account and other stuff to get going in this but if I have to perhaps I will.

3. Any other things I should be concerned about?

Well I welcome everyone to check out my portfolio at www.webpagecreation.org if anyone is looking for some help with their web site but other then that I appreciate your up front comments and help.

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

You should really get into what's called and MGP site, far too many people have TGPs now.

http://goatse.cx has a great tutorial on how to get started.

Nevermind actually paying for porn I'm sure you could just download full length movies on kazaa and no one would mind. In fact a company called APIC handles stuff like that all the time.

When you have all your movies edited and galleries made remember that you need to be authorized to use them so shoot the guys over at a-w an email and they will take a look at your site.

[email protected] is the address, just remember to include your url or phone number.

Don't listen to the haters. They have theirs and they just want to keep new people out.

Go ahead and use the pics, they are probably public domain. The best way to make money with them is to open a GIANT free site (free=traffic) and load it up with banners and pop-ups. Just use a regular banner at the top of each page and you should be off to a good start. You won't need to worry about billing because this is a free site that won't need a merchant account or anything and you will make your money on mad sponsor sales. (HINT: Use the Top Bucks partnership program, it recurs like crazy.)
