What's the over/under on how long it'll be before some drunk asshole straps one of those on and either

Some of the video looks a little off to me...
Is there some turbo power water blasting motor at the other end of the hose, because that backpack contraption certainly isnt doing it? and if so? why isnt the hose a lot more taught with such force flowing through it?
You have to think about the extreme force to accomplish such lift off with just water. Especially to lift those bigger guys so high in the air.
Neat as fuck if its real, Im just having a hard time totally believing it.Comment
