here are my top3:

1-amakings, they have tons of emo content in some of the sites, converts the best for me on Emo traffic / FHG 1/235

2- http://www.myscenegf.com and amateuremogirls.com only bad thing about them is that they dont answer Emails...

3- Myemobitch Does good too, check out GFBUCKS... about 1/465 last month

not that it's all scraped content from random chicks myspace profiles, used without permission? or that half are probably still minors?

taking bets on whether this is hosted offshore or not?

I've come across quite a few "user-submitted, ex girlfriend" type sites that clearly have stolen content that CCBill is billing for.
