    It’s Snowing!

    April 16 and it’s snowing here! High winds and torrential rains of two inches were expected. We’re too far south for snow yet the forecaster are wrong

    72 two weeks ago 20 four days later Now it’s snowing. In April Global warming just took a step back

                  I live in Placer County, California. We are a "long" state that reaches almost from Sacramento to the Nevada. It never snows here but half an hour away it always snows.

                  Every year, every June, it never fails... It will be one hundred degrees here but on the other side of the county they will have snow.

                          SouthCoast Massachusetts, between Providence RI and Cape Cod. Snow was predicted for the Berkshires and further west. On the ocean we don’t usually get a lot of snow.

                          It isn’t sticking to the ground or lawns. It’s been too warm for that.

                          I have a window open and it’s cool but not cold.

                                  They had 13” of snow up north! An ex lives in the city that had 6.5” and the record was 2”.

                                  A friend installed her air conditioners two weeks ago. The heat was disconnected then. She and her husband stayed at a hotel for three days so far. She asked her insurance company to pay for it! They have to decide if they will cover it.

                                      The year we moved to Minneapolis, we received over 8" of snow the 1st week of May. It happens... Noreasters can be awesome storms!!!

                                      How has the rest of your winter been?

                                      Ours has been much warmer than normal. We did not have nearly as many days below 0 degrees as normal. So, that said... yes, global warming could have something to do with that. I have noticed that winters here are not what they were back in the mid 80's. Each year they get a little more mild.
