Ah no problem, here in Czech Republic there is a lot of talent. I just fired my Flasher because I was not satisfied. Point is I want to be here in the office because I've some bad experiences with outsourced staff.

To have those hot chicks around you all the time is quite stimulating. That is for one of the biggest things to keep on moving and being productive. To be honest I love this work and way of life. Now it's only a bit stressed because we are busy with a new chat platform
