Such thieving tubes and file sharing networks are mostly (not all of them) Russian criminals operating on European hosts (guess why) and hiding their asses due to illegality in the shithole they live in. These criminals never use wire transfer for their business (guess why) ...

There is no DMCA in EU - you just tell them to remove the content due to copyright before they face the law and if they ignore that, you can be 100% sure they are organized thieving group in a shithole out of EU.

I saw thousands of full scenes of the top companies on these sites. We are talking about damages possibly in the range of $x,xxx,xxx. And these criminals use this stolen content to earn money from companies like Bongacams and Exoclick.

You people don't discuss with these thieving pricks. You don't "ask" them to remove your content. You tell them to remove that and if they ignore your request, you simply contact their hosting company and Google. Most of them host in EU or USA.

If you have the proof of copyright and these assholes ignore that, they become criminally liable.

If a hosting company ignores criminals on their servers after having the proof, they become liable too.

Make screenshots and save your communication then confront their hosting company with the fact that they offer services to criminals. If they value their business they will take action when confronted this way.

Noticed how many of local "webmasters" (tube owners) are silent in threads like this? You can easily tell who is a thief or a thief supporter here. I could name a few and I have the proof...

Chaturbate, Exoclicks, Livejasmin ect ect ect.. all those KYC regulations should have shut them down years ago, but it is RARE that anything big happen. The latest MC/Visa incident where the big tubes lost processing was just a small blib on the radar. They have already re-routed most of the money flow

Not sure what you mean, of course I don't upload anything to this thieving tube and I am 99% sure they wouldn't list it anyway since they only pretend to be a regular tube with user uploads.

The difference is that the sites like Xhamster remove content in minutes, they make it easy to report and they block accounts that get their content repeatedly deleted, they all have companies with official addresses listed on their websites and work with real user uploads - their sites contain tons of real amateur content from users. Beside that they actively work with content partners and they do generate money for paysite owners. When you open a content partner account, it will be filled with your content that only you upload and control, and that channel will appear in Google instead of your site rips from piracy sites.

On the other hand these pricks from Porntrex (and similar piracy tubes) are notorious thieves, rarely responding to take-down requests, they are annonymous, the whole tube is filled with site rips downloaded from piracy forums (or bought), "collections" of full movies with lengths usually over 30/40/50 minutes - all scenes with original watermarks and all uploads displaying either the site name or the pornstar name in the titles ,so they are "optimized" for search engines to steal users searching for your site name who instead get your full videos for free on their thieving site.

Check out their "user" uploads... the titles and the lengths. Hope you don't believe these pricks are legit??

I've just had these pricks from Porntrex remove 250 full scenes of ours - with two emails reminding them (in case they don't act) of their possible criminal activity and liability - which occurs not only when you knowingly tolerate pirated works on your site but most importanly use these pirated works to make money while being aware of the fact they are copyrighted.

First that scumbag pulled that old story of user uploads and DMCA and post all links to content blah blah, then he suddenly shut the fuck up when I educated him of law and told him I would contact his hosting company with report of criminals that use pirated works worth hundreds of thousands of $$$ to generate money.

These pricks replied virtually in seconds when we confronted them with criminal liability. How come???

And the funny part is that the asswipe wanted to be all official and formal with the DMCA which is American law... while their terms on their own site state they are subject to the law of Cyprus (they probably copied the text from xhamster lol) ...
