    1:82 on tube traffic

    My main tube site, mainly sponsor vids, all vids under 5 mins, not huge (only gets around 3 mil a month uniques), and this is just my own videos on the site. No I am not giving the url, i get too many submits as it is.

    Tubes can be a fantastic source of income and traffic if done correctly

    With all the tube bashing I just wanted to share a positive tube experience. The very nature of surfing has changed, and while shit content converts like shit on tubes, good content sells like you wouldn't believe !

                      You may have misread my post, or I didn't write it well

                      This is from videos I listed of mine on my tube, we give a clickable link to all submits ... I definitely didn't mean to suggest that we were pulling 1:82 on all traffic! Sponsor traffic on the main and video pages etc is still at least 1:1k in ratio .. was just talking about the actual videos ratios.

                      I have similar ratios on a few other tubes too for videos I submit. My point is that tube traffic can be fantastic with the right content.

                              Even if i believe you, and i do because i know what ratios I am pulling, what is the purpose of posting it here when your not giving out more info? I mean, niches? Where does your traffic come from? What geo is converting that good for you?

                                      Valid point. I think maybe I just wanted to share with everyone that good tubes are not the enemy. A tube done correctly is a fantastic way to make money, and sure it took me a while to get it right but tube traffic converts!

                                      Infact if more tubes weren't as selfish and allowed uploads and gave webmasters a link spots etc, then I think more people could be cut in on the gravy train. The main problem with the tube model in my opinion is that affiliates are being cut out by the direct sponsor deals being done.

                                              tubes steal and traffic doesn't convert and they rely solely on prepaid cam and dating ads for revenue

                                                          you're right. no porn sites actually sell memberships because there is free porn on the internet. this "free porn" stuff all started last week and is expected to continue

                                                              also... the point of taking pics of women and posting them online is to find attractive women and take great shots that make them look even better.

                                                              you tend to go you're own way on that one too... and i respect that!
