Need a good email prank

For some of the people I know that dont clean and organice their inbox or delete useless mails, I sometimes send them a mail where the subject is something like "Your STD test came back positive" - in CAPS

Then include a SFW MEME or something they can laugh at, that will prevent them from deleting the mail.

.. and then to the nasty part, add a .TXT file with list of the clients you know they have, or topics they work on. So next time they are sharing the screen and have to search for one of the names and topics, your mail with the posetive STD topic shows up and is visible in the meeting
