Loads fine,.. Try clearing your cache and all the rest of the junk, maybe even check your host file on your pc...

Did clean it all, not working!
I cleaned cash, cookies, everything!
Also i contact my friend to see if its loading on his internet! But its not.
Im not sure but could this be some regional thing or something?

Try pinging it, you can also contact your ISP, maybe their blocking it.

No its not blocking. As i can see on their forum many countries are having the same problem!
Maybe its blocking but its massive

Not just me

If it can be seen via proxy then something is blocking it, like you said on a massive scale,. Check you DNS, its the only thing I could think of off the top of my head.

NSs have same SOA serial
Looks like your nameservers do not agree on the SOA serial. Ths SOA records as reported by your nameservers:
207.218.223.162 -> 1229247206
207.218.247.135 -> 2009072802

This can cause some serious problems that is why you should fix this asap.

SOA MNAME entry
WARNING: SOA MNAME (ns1.ev1servers.net) is not listed as a primary nameserver at your parent nameserver!

ERROR: One or more of the nameservers listed at the parent servers are not listed as NS records at your nameservers. The problem NS records are:

ns2.softlayer.com
ns1.softlayer.com

This is listed as an ERROR because there are some cases where nasty problems can occur (if the TTLs vary from the NS records at the root servers and the NS records point to your own domain, for example).
