Public Enemies
That was not my favorite Johnny movie, even though he totally looked edible in it.
I don't fault the actors. It's a shame, because that could have been a great story, but the script just sucked. Imho, it didn't give you any emotional attachment to the characters at all. The Dillinger character should have been a lot more fleshed out, and gave us insight into why he caught the imagination of the public. As it was, you just saw people waving to him when he was arrested, without a clue as to how that came to be.
On top of that, the sound editing was atrocious. I could barely make out what the dialogue was in some places. eg, the robbery scene where Dillinger leaves the money. Also, I did not much care for the style it was shot in...it was too jerky for me during the gun fire.
But it had him in it, so I'm sure I will own it.

I'm assuming this comment would work for loads of other flicks out there but not for a Burton flick. That dude is top of his game when it comes to creating original cinematic experiences. This movie will be yet another example. I'm not into everything he's done, nor Depp, but this is yet another fine example as movie as art, to be sure.WANT TRAFFIC? Get reviewed!

A 2 hour feature film of "Johnny Depp Sleeping" would make me hot and excited, willis.
Though I did always love the AiW story. I always wondered if Carroll did some massive hallucinogenics. He supposedly did not. If he didn't, a journey through his brain would have been mighty interesting.

Depp and Burton together, it has to be goodCarbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
